  • Information we receive from you on applications, organizers, business documents or by other means, such as your name, home address, employer, work address, telephone
numbers, social security numbers, dependents, personal and business income and other tax and accounting related data.
  • Information from tax related and business documents you provide us that are required
to process your income statements and/or tax returns, such as Forms W-2, Forms 1099, Form 1098, stock transactions, balance sheets, profit and loss statements, etc.
We do not disclose any non-public, personal information about our clients or former clients to anyone except as specifically requested by our clients or as
required by law. We do not outsource any of our clients work to any foreign or domestic accounting processing firms. Your accounting and tax work is processed
in our office and never leaves our protective control. In accordance with federal regulations, we restrict access to non-public, personal information about you and
your business. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect your information.

OBJECTIVE

Our objective is to reduce your tax liability by applying every lawful tax deduction available to us as taxpayers. Although we make every effort possible to reduce
your tax debt, we cannot guarantee you will receive a refund. We make absolutely certain that we provide our clients with a legal tax return whether or not they have
a tax liability or are receiving a refund.
